End‑to‑End Operational Control
During the design and productization phases, AAS organizes timely, cost‑efficient prototype delivery, including complete documentation, shipment coordination, customs clearance management, and full logistics management (PO, forecasting, shipment, customs, storage, etc.).
In the production phase, we implement robust systems for monitoring and controlling the manufacturing flow, ensuring predictability and transparency through ERP systems and automatic WIP reports.
